Laine & Huston Share Memorable Habs Locker Room Moment

The Montreal Canadiens just pulled off their biggest win of the season, crushing the Ottawa Senators 6-3 on Tuesday night. And what happened after the game might be even better than the win itself.

The team shared an incredible behind-the-scenes video from their locker room celebration, and it showed a side of Patrik Laine we rarely get to see.

Laine, who’s usually pretty quiet, stepped up to give a speech and hand over the team’s victory goggles to rookie sensation Lane Hutson. It’s the kind of moment that shows just how tight-knit this team has become.

Josh Anderson was on fire, scoring twice. Christian Dvorak had himself a night too, racking up four points with a goal and three assists. Not to be outdone, Brendan Gallagher put up three points of his own.

But it was the third period that really got fans out of their seats.

Lane Hutson and Nick Suzuki both found the back of the net when it mattered most, helping seal the deal for the Habs.

The timing couldn’t be better. With both the New York Rangers and Detroit Red Wings losing their games, Montreal’s playoff dreams are suddenly looking a lot more real. Pretty amazing for a team that wasn’t even supposed to be in the conversation this year.

The Canadiens aren’t done yet, though. They’re heading to Long Island on Thursday to face Patrick Roy’s Islanders in what’s shaping up to be another huge game for their playoff hopes.

The locker room video really shows what this team’s all about – young talent, veteran leadership, and a group that’s clearly having fun proving the doubters wrong.
