Hughes Brothers Receive Historic Honor

Three young hockey stars are now the faces of a famous video game series. On Thursday, it was announced that Quinn, Jack, and Luke Hughes will be on the cover of EA Sports “NHL 25.”

Quinn Hughes expressed his excitement by saying, “We feel incredibly honored to be on the cover of ‘NHL 25.’ Being featured alongside my brothers is the sort of thing you dream about as a kid but could never imagine happening in real life.”

The Hughes brothers are making history as no siblings have ever been on an EA Sports video game cover before. Jack Hughes shared his pride: “It was a very proud moment for all of us when we saw the Deluxe cover. It reminded us that on the ice, we’re competitors, always learning from each other, but off the ice, we’re brothers who love to play hockey.” Luke added how thrilling it is to share this moment with his brothers and can’t wait for fans to see “NHL 25.”

New Features in NHL 25:

This year’s game promises new features and improvements over past versions. The Hughes’ skills have inspired a new gameplay system called ICE-Q. Mike Inglehart from EA Vancouver explained that ICE-Q will give players more control and make the game feel more authentic.

Fans might think these changes are long overdue since many felt previous games were too similar year after year.

Expect updates to popular modes like World of Chel and Hockey Ultimate Team. Franchise Mode is also getting a big makeover. More details will be shared before the game’s release.

“NHL 25” will launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on October 4th.
